What being local actually changes

Plenty of software gets built remotely and works fine. But when a system runs a clinic, a kitchen or a plant, someone usually needs to stand in the room and watch the work happen before designing anything for it. That is easier when the team is an hour away rather than a timezone away.

It also means you can meet the people who will do the work, before signing anything. The engineers, designers and editors are the same people throughout — nothing is subcontracted out after the pitch.

Chennai and the wider Tamil Nadu belt carry a lot of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and two of our products exist because of it: QR Pro eVerify for Schedule H2 serialisation and consumer verification, and Auto Production Planning for GMP batch scheduling and QC release.

Alongside that sit the businesses every city has: dental and physiotherapy practices, eye hospitals, veterinary clinics, restaurants and law firms. Those are the other seven products, and they were built from watching how those businesses actually run rather than from a specification.

The services, and how they fit together

Six practices run under one delivery team: AI Solutions, Software Development, Web & Mobile Development, Creative Studio, Video Production and Digital Marketing.

A single engagement often crosses two or three of them — a platform that needs an interface, a launch film and a campaign behind it — without a handover between agencies in the middle. You can also engage just one; there is no requirement to buy a bundle.

Working with clients outside Chennai

Being based here does not limit the work to here. We work remotely with clients elsewhere in India and abroad, and the products already support multi-language and multi-currency operation. Demos run on video calls in whatever timezone suits.

What Chennai clients get that remote ones do not is the option to sit in the same room when it helps — during discovery, at a go-live, or when something has gone wrong and a call is not enough.
